Tie in foam 1/8" thick
with white silk and leave long (do not cut yet).
Now wind right round bend trapping nylon in, dub on fur and wind back
to foam stump.
Wind nylon rib in opposite turns.
Tie off nylon and tie off white silk and cut off.
Tie in black silk – build up silk so that it is black underside of
stump.
Tie in hackle and wind parachute style (this is easy holding the long
foam stump).
Tie off head, and cut stump to required length.
